Can I get a refund?

As this is a digital product, we generally do not accept refunds after purchase. Please verify it works in your environment with the 30-day trial before buying.

How many PCs does one license cover?

One license covers any number of PCs that you personally own. To add another PC, send its machine ID to us via a BOOTH message; we will issue a key for that PC (usually within 1–3 days). Each key is bound to its PC, so sharing a key with others is not possible.

Can I use it commercially?

Yes, for personal or business use. Redistribution, modification, or resale of the software itself is prohibited (the source-code edition has its own terms).

Is there a trial version?

Yes — a free 30-day trial. All features are available for 30 days from the first launch. After that, SnapRAID operations are limited until you enter a license key.

How is the parity drive chosen?

At the first sync, the largest drive in the pool is selected automatically (the order drives were added doesn't matter). A manually selected drive always takes priority over automatic selection. If the candidate drive already contains data, sync is stopped with a warning — the app never deletes or formats your data.

How do I get a license key?

After purchasing on BOOTH, send the machine ID shown in the app and your contact email address to us via a BOOTH message. We will then issue and send you a license key for that PC, usually within 1–3 days. Keys are bound to the machine ID and cannot be reused on another PC — to add another PC of yours, send its machine ID the same way.

Are updates free?

Yes — this is a one-time purchase. As long as OrizuruParity keeps being updated, all future updates are free (no version limits).

Who built this product?

AI did — the code, the GUI, and the documentation. Bug fixes and updates are also handled by AI and are all free. Please verify it with the 30-day trial before purchasing.

Why do I need WinFsp and SnapRAID separately?

They are independent open-source projects, and for licensing reasons we do not bundle them in our installer. Both are free, and the OrizuruParity installer will walk you through setup.

Is a source-code edition available?

We plan to sell a source-code edition (¥10,000) on BOOTH. Buyers may modify and improve the code for personal use. Redistribution or resale of modified versions is not allowed.

Are there known limitations?
